Yes. Expenstry generates travel logbooks that meet SARS requirements for claiming travel allowance deductions. Each trip includes date, destination, purpose, start/end odometer readings, and distance travelled, exactly what SARS requires for ITR12 submissions.

How does the AI receipt scanner work?

Simply photograph your receipt and our AI extracts the vendor name, amount, date, and VAT automatically using OCR (Optical Character Recognition). It works with South African till slips and supports ZAR, EUR, and USD currencies.

Can I track expenses for multiple vehicles?

Absolutely. Expenstry supports multi-vehicle tracking with separate logbooks for each. You can set different km rates per vehicle based on engine capacity, as allowed by SARS guidelines.
